ABOUT THIS WINE
A pure varietal expression of 100% Meunier that is an assemblage 2013, 2014, 2015 harvested from vineyard sites in Troissy; La Croix Joly â Clay. The wine went through malolactic fermentation. Fermentation was done in 100% Barrels 200-300-500 liters and aging on the lees. Natural clarification,
no filtration. Aged for 35 Months sur lie. Disgorgement in May 2020.

Dehours was founded by JĂ©rĂŽmeâs grandfather Ludovic in 1930. It was JĂ©rĂŽmeâs father Robert who developed the estate and began a new activity of trading in grapes. JĂ©rĂŽme knew that he wanted to be a grower, studying first in Beaune and then at the viticultural school in Avize. Tragically, his father Robert passed away suddenly at the age of 50, in 1987. JĂ©rĂŽme was just 21 years old and was not ready to take on the responsibility of the domaine.
