Made from estate and some purchased grapes, the wine is treated and vinified the same way as the estate's top cuvées. 100% Certified Organically grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes; alcohol: 13%; vineyards in Omaka Valley; average vine age over 25 years; warm, wet spring with early flowering, then cool, moderate temperatures and long ripening; fruit cold stabilized for 72 hours; long cool fermentation in stainless steel; aged on lees for short period; vegan and vegetarian friendly.
